If your order is received before 12:00 UK time on a business day (Monday-Friday, excluding Public holidays) we aim to dispatch it the same day. Orders received after 12:00 will be dispatched the following business day.
If we cannot meet these expectations due to incomplete information, stock availability or payment processing delays we will inform you of a new estimated dispatch date by email.

Your order will be dispatched using the shipping service that you selected during the checkout process. You will receive an email confirmation of dispatch detailing the shipping method, estimated delivery date and tracking details.
We insure each purchase whilst in transit and until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature at their delivery address is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by us and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
If your chosen shipping service offers an option to deliver without obtaining a signature and no signature is collected, either because the package is left in a safe place or with a neighbour, you confirm that we can leave your package(s) outside the premises according to the instructions provided by you without obtaining a signature for proof of delivery and take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.
INTERNATIONAL SALES AND DELIVERY
Unless you are notified otherwise at the checkout, most orders will be shipped by FedEx. Please note that goods shipped outside the UK may be subject to checks by your local customs office and we cannot therefore guarantee the delivery date. Full information about the status of your order will be available on the courier tracking website.

Please check all the items that you have received against your order as soon as it is delivered and inform us as soon as possible of any discrepancies.
Products must be returned with their original packaging and swing tags intact. The product must be unused, unworn and in an unaltered condition. Please try on garments with care. Footwear must be tried on carpeted surfaces only.

If you do wish to return an item from your order, please let us know within 14 days to receive a free returns label for any full price items. You can access your order via the button below. Please remember to sign in using the same email that you used when placing your order. From there you can request a return for item(s) from your recent order. Alternatively, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your return request meets our conditions, you will receive a confirmation and return label via email. A copy of the label will also be available in the Returns Portal. Otherwise, we will contact you by email to request further information.
Please retain the tracking details provided when your return is collected or left at a suitable drop-off point until your return has been fully processed and you have received a refund.

If you have not used the packaging and label supplied by us, we strongly recommend that you insure your return shipment as you are liable any for loss or damage incurred before we receive it.
We can also accept returns in person at our stores. Products must be returned with their original packaging and swing tags intact. The product must be unused, unworn and in an unaltered condition. Your return will be checked and processed by our Online team the following business day and you will be refunded to your original payment method.
If you have received an item from ISSEY MIYAKE as a gift you may exchange it for another item of the same value or more, provided you pay the cost difference and accept any additional shipping costs, taxes and import duties and any charges that may incur because of exchange. We will process a refund to your original method of payment within 48 hours of receiving your return. Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.
