This black and white, pleated, sleeveless maxi dress has a diagonal hem with a slit in the left side. It has an asymmetric neckline and a button fastening on the right shoulder. The outer layer has a button on the left side which can be left open to vary the silhouette.

FIGURE AND GROUND draws inspiration from the assemblage technique used by sculptors, combining two contrasting materials into a unified design.

Please note that since the garment has been pleated by hand the size may vary between items. The non-pleated fabric may become wrinkled through washing.
